T-platform Jammer/Clean & Jerk Attachment

DEVELOP EXPLOSIVE POWER The movements of Olympic weightlifting training have proven their usefulness to other sports. The two Olympic weightlifting disciplines, snatch and clean & jerk, are dynamic and explosive movements that also have a carry over into other sports like American football. This T-platform Clean & Jerk landmine attachment has a neutral grip and 360 degree rotating handles. Less or limited mobility, like in the upper body, will be less of an issue here, for example: while holding a front rack position and executing a variation of the c&j.
