Riot Weightlifting Bar 2.0, 15 kg - IWF Women's Spec

Overview The Riot Weightlifting Bar 2.0 is a 15 kg Olympic weightlifting bar built to IWF women's specifications. Its 25 mm shaft, moderate 1.2 mm knurling and absence of centre knurling suit the grip and front-rack positions used in the snatch and clean and jerk. Precision needle bearings give the sleeves fast, consistent rotation, while the shaft produces responsive whip under load. The bar was designed in-house and uses the mid-width Riot sleeve collar shared with the men's Weightlifting Bar and the Hybrid Bar.
