The Rogue T-5KG Technique Bar has a 25mm bare aluminum shaft and bare aluminum sleeves with olympic knurling marks. Rogue T-5KG Technique Bar The newly redesigned T-5KG Technique Bar is now fully machined and assembled at our Columbus, Ohio plant, and includes a bare aluminum construction with two precision needle bearings in each sleeve. With Olympic knurl marks and IWF standard spacing between the collars, this is another lightweight Rogue training bar optimized for helping athletes transition smoothly from lightweight training to the use of a men’s or women’s competition barbell.
