We developed the Monster Hip Thruster Bench to give athletes a stable and comfortable platform for performing hip thrusts in a space efficient, rack-mounted format. Monster Hip Thruster Bench The Monster Hip Thruster Bench is a padded crossmember attachment designed specifically for use within the 43” space of a Rogue Monster Series rack or rig (a Monster Lite Version is also available, sold separately). Shipped fully assembled, this easy-install bench includes steel channels at each end which securely attach to your uprights using a pair of provided 1” Monster detent pins.
