Plate Loaded Rotating Smith Back Row

Transform your back training with the Primal Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Rotating Smith Back Row - a dual-function commercial-grade Smith Machine row. This versatile gym machine can be used either as a traditional Smith Machine Row or, with the seat pad adjusted, as an Incline Smith Machine Row with chest support. Ergonomically designed to promote a natural range of motion, the guided path minimises momentum, helping to better isolate the back muscles - especially during lat-focused movements.
