Plate Loaded Pullover

The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Pullover takes a classic Old School move and perfects it, to provide a safe and comfortable method to isolate the lats and upper back without fatiguing the muscles of the arm. Features Height Adjustable Seat. The high density foam seat can be adjusted so users of all heights can get perfectly aligned with the handle. Kick Start Lever Push down on the foot lever to bring the handles closer to you and start the set – every rep can then be performed with a full stretch.
