Plate Loaded Linear Shoulder Press

The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Shoulder Press has been developed to maximise the strength and development of the shoulders. An adjustable height sets the starting depth of the press, whilst the handles rotate through an arc so the machine can fit users of all sizes and levels of shoulder flexibility. Height Adjustable Seat. The high density foam seat can be adjusted so users of all heights can get perfectly aligned with the handle. Kick Start Lever Push down on the foot lever to bring the handles upwards and start the set – every rep can then be performed with a full stretch.
