Swiss Bar

Description Delivery Information Warranty Information MuscleSquad Swiss Bar The Swiss bar is a popular bar for pressing and pulling movements as it allows you to use a more natural semi-pronated or semi-supinated grip (depending on which way you hold it). This in turn has been known to be a more comfortable option for your shoulder and wrist health, as you’re not forced into position as you occasionally are with a traditional straight bar. It features 4 different grip handle widths each with 32mm handles for a comfortable feeling in the hand. Check out our full range of barbells here.
