Preacher Curl Bench

Description Delivery Information Warranty Information Preacher Curl Bench The Bicep Preacher Curl Bench isolates a user's biceps by holding the upper arm in place against a preacher pad, removing the momentum that often appears in standing curls. Integrated J-hooks, sized for standard EZ bars and smaller fixed-weight barbells, let users rest a loaded bar between sets without needing a spotter or separate rack. Built for commercial use, the seat adjusts across 18 levels using a locking ridge system, so users of different heights can find a secure position without lining up a pin.
