Band pegs are an amazing way to add variable resistance to any of your Squat Rack and Barbell lifts. They can not only be used to give an additional training stimulus but they’re also great for breaking through plateaus, spicing up a workout, and even rehabilitation. Available in both 250mm and 450mm.
