The Phase 4 Single Tower Cable System is a seriously heavy lifter for such a small footprint of under 2m². It provides all the benefits of 2:1 training with the heavy pulling power needed for lat pulldowns and low rows by linking the cables into a 1:1 setup when needed. Please note that the lat extension (the raised, extended front beam) is sold separately. If you'd like to perform lat pulldowns from a higher, farther back position, we strongly recommended adding this to your order.
