Our Change Plates let you add weight in increments as small as 0.5kg per side, so you can keep progressing with your barbell lifts without plateauing on a single weight. Our plates follow the standard competition colour format and are built for 2" Olympic bars. They're encased in high quality rubber and feature the weight along with MuscleSquad branding on each side.
