Starting Blocks

GymPin Starting Blocks are designed to help lifters improve starting position, increase usable range of motion and reduce awkward machine setup issues. If a machine’s starting point sits outside your natural range of motion, these compact foam blocks give you a stable raised base so you can begin each rep from a stronger, more comfortable position. Simply place the blocks under the machine arms before the set. As you start the movement, the blocks drop away cleanly, allowing full, unrestricted movement through the rest of the rep.
