Hamstring Pad - Increased ROM

The GymPin Hamstring Pad is designed to help improve range of motion and hamstring engagement during lying leg curls. By placing the pad under your thighs before a set, you can create a more effective elevated position, helping increase the stretch at the start of the movement and improve contraction through each rep. It is a simple upgrade for lifters who want to get more from lying hamstring curls without changing the machine. Made from high-density foam, the pad features an ergonomic comfort cutout to help keep you stable and supported during harder sets.
