GymPin Safety Squat Handles are designed to make barbell squatting more comfortable for lifters with tight, restricted or previously injured shoulders. If getting your hands into position for a back squat has become the limiting factor, these handles offer a simple solution. They allow you to maintain a high-bar position across the traps while keeping your hands comfortably in front of you, reducing the shoulder rotation normally required when holding a straight bar.
