Ball Grip Attachment

Build Serious Grip Strength Stop letting your grip become the weak link. The GymPin Ball Grip Cable Attachment changes a standard cable exercise into demanding open-hand grip training. Its spherical shape prevents you from wrapping your hand around a conventional handle, placing greater demand on your fingers, hands and forearms. Connect it directly to a cable machine or combine it with a GymPin D-Handle Bar to create challenging new variations of pulldowns, rows, curls and static holds. Choose between 70mm and 100mm diameters depending on the level of grip challenge you want.
