The Extreme Fitness Silverback Barbell has a 29mm thick shaft and an aggressive knurl needed for powerlifting movements. With a black cerakote finish for longer durability. Details The Silverback Bar is our more deeper knurled bar aimed towards powerlifting movements such as the deadlift, squat and bench press. With a thicker 29mm shaft and deeper knurl, it provides the extra grip needed for heavier lifts. The copper bushings create a controlled consistent rotation when lifting heavy weights.
