Bulldog Gear - Shorty Resistance Band

Bulldog Gear Shorty Resistance Bands are 12" long rather than the regular 41" standard length resistance bands. This means you don't have to wrap bands to gain the required resistance or run the risk of nips when doing squats. Short Resistance bands are a gym bag essential and key tool when you're looking for added resistance in accessory work and Westside methods of training - including banded deadlifts, bench and press as well as prehab & rehab exercises. Shorty Band specifications: Orange 12" x 1/4" width x 4.5mm. Resistance 15lbs (6.8kg) Red 12" x 1/2" width x 4.5mm.
