Bulldog Gear Commercial Open Hex Bar | 700kg Capacity

Why Choose an Open Hex Trap Bar? The Bulldog Gear Open Hex Trap Bar combines the proven benefits of a traditional trap bar with an innovative open-frame design, creating a more versatile and athlete-friendly strength training tool. The neutral grip places your hands in a more natural position than a conventional straight barbell, helping to reduce stress on the wrists, elbows and shoulders while allowing many athletes to lift with greater confidence and comfort.
