Prowler

Producing first class results in minimal time, the BLK BOX Prowler is great for developing strength or power, improving your conditioning and increasing your muscle hypertrophy. The prowler allows you to train a large variety of movements from multiple heights and angles, therefore activating key muscle groups simultaneously. The BLK BOX Prowler is capable of mimicking the lower body mechanics of running, with significantly less strain on the body, ultimately resulting in a lower risk of injury.
