Floor Glute Ham Developer (GHD)

The Floor Glute Ham Developer is a compact alternative to the traditional Glute Ham Developer. Measuring just 1.2m x 0.6m, it’s ideal for gyms with limited space, and the built-in wheels and handles make it easy to move. The Floor Glute Ham Developer allows athletes to perform glute ham raises, a bodyweight movement targeting hamstring strength and knee flexion. Regular use can enhance squat and deadlift performance, improve running power and speed, and reduce the risk of ACL injuries. The GHD machine design places no compressive force on the spine, letting you focus solely on the hamstrings.
