5 Series Rolling Jammer Arms

The addition of the BLK BOX Rolling Jammer Arms to a facility opens an endless array of dynamic training options. These include but are not limited to incline, decline and flat bench press, along with shoulder press, rows, jammer press, shrugs, squats and deadlifts. A key offering of the Jammer Arms attachments is they allow athletes to perform movements with greater control and stability when compared to similar free weight movements. The athlete can be placed in the optimum position to ensure correct form throughout the range of movement.
