Four Fold Mat

Experience pain-free mobility and floor exercises on hard basement or garage gym floors. 2.5" of plush, cushy foam with a non-slip surface make your uncomfortable workouts as comfortable as possible (Burpees not included-those just suck). When you're done, use the convenient transport handles to fold it and tuck it away. Or keep it under your desk at work for naps. Not that we do that here, Kaevon... With this mat you'll actually look forward to exercising on the floor.
