ATX Trinity Lat Pulldown/ Seated Row LSW-850

Following on from the short description, above, a standout change is the height-adjustment. While we considered this overkill, when you could use a chain to adjust the height, it's surprising how easy-to-use it is and how often you do use it. Much like changing the height on a dual-adjustable pulley to best suit your exercise selection or user height, the LSW-850 affords the exact same. So, it's a refinement on the old Lat Pulldown/ Low Row design that we rather like.
