This HIP-RAK is extremely comfortable to use! If you're big into hip thrusts, you'll prefer this over a designated Hip Thrust station. ATX® Rackable Hip Thrust Attachment HIP-RAK Suitable for all power racks & rigs with a storage width of 995 mm - 1255 mm. Optional attachment for Rig & Racks`s (shelf width 995 mm - 1255 mm). Fits all ATX power racks! Easy to use. Rotating function, for better movement and increased comfort. Designed for Hip Thrusts and Glute Bridge, or hybrids thereof. Height adjustment via J-hooks.
