Stubby bar with multiple angles for improved comfort or grip difficulty during arm exercises. Features of the ATX Arm Bar: The grip widths are 15cm, and 50cm. 30mm thick handles with knurling for improved grip. Solid steel tube construction, fully welded with double reinforced ends. Capable of heavy loads up to 250kg. The weight posts have a diameter of 50mm and are 25cm in length. Finished with a matt black powder coating. Dimensions (LxWxH): 123 x 20 x 10cm. Weight approx. 9.5kg.
