In this instance, using a single handle allows for fine adjustment of the 2.3kg plates on a 2:1 ratio, whereas, use both handles and you double the resistance - 1:1 ratio. Equipped with 1 x 46 kg plug-in weight magazine - with protective cover. Cable point adjustable for height of column. Silky soft running property. Highly flexible steel wire with plastic coating, stretch-proof.
